I guess the most important thing I can say about the experience of being a customer of this company was that it was like dealing with a friend throughout the entire experience. I needed to replace my roof as my insurance rates went way up. Two other estimates were completed when my friend gave me David's number. He came out and guided me through the process and we got an excellent result. The professionalism and attention to detail in every part of the process were amazing. In addition, Scott went out of his way to help me with the refinancing of the property that I was working on at the same time. Gorilla showed up with a large crew and on the first day had the shingles removed and a membrane installed. After the city inspected everything Apex again showed up with a large crew and in one day completed installing new shingles, vents, and flashing. We finally got a new roof and I can’t thank Gorilla Roofing enough! After dealing with several other companies who didn’t want to take on the project because our insurance company balked at covering the damage, David from Gorilla came by. He thoroughly inspected the damage and provided enough documentation for the insurance company to send an adjuster out. When the adjuster mentioned that ours was one of the worst of 300 houses he’d seen but warned that the insurance company would try to lowball the estimate David didn’t hesitate to take on the project AND our insurance company. Scott at Gorilla dealt with our insurance company desk adjuster and went ahead and scheduled all of the repairs without waiting for the settlement to come through. Chris, the project manager, was extremely helpful! His crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, worked all day, and arrived the next day for more. The team was very conscientious and professional. Chris checked in at each step of the process and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. The crew left the site clean and neat. I can highly recommend Gorilla to anyone who is struggling to get storm damage approved. David, Scott, and Chris have all been efficient, professional, and hardworking.

He kept me updated on the status of things and was prompt with answers to any questions I had. He even stopped by the day Chris and the crew started the roof. Chris and his crew were very pleasant and professional. They were here from sun up till sundown making sure things got done on schedule. They found a few severely rotted sections and had to replace the beams and decking in one section (see photos). They did a great job and Chris kept me informed the whole time. Good people, and upfront about what needed to be done on the fly. Never tried to upsell anything. Cleaned thoroughly when work was finished. I would highly recommend Gorilla Roofing to anyone. Top-Notch...I called Gorilla Roofing shortly AFTER having gutters improperly installed. When it rained, the gutters were causing damage to my new home. Gorilla came to the RESCUE! The Company Manager, Scott, worked expeditiously, prioritizing my situation to ease my worry and stop any further damage. The next day, he scheduled a team member to assess the job. This was followed by a professional crew, who came within a couple of days, removing the mess left by the other company and properly installing attractive, seamless, gutters.
